Each of us will find ourselves somewhere we’d rather not be at some point in our lives. It may be a career path, a relationship, a fitness rut or even a mindset.
My coaching is designed to pinpoint where it is you’d rather be and then formulate an action plan to get you there as quickly as possible. My role as coach has many elements to it but essentially I am there:
- to hold a space for you to focus on what it is you really want
- to help you navigate and understand your thoughts
- to give you the tools and strategies to remove the barriers currently in your way whether those be practical or emotional ones
- to create a kick ass action plan and then hold you accountable to it so that change actually happens
